为保证公司质量、环境和职业健康"三体系"的充分性、有效性及适宜性，3月12日上午，我司召开了管理体系换版工作启动会，管理者代表李学庆、各部门负责人以及内审员参加了会议。
会上，安全环保部介绍了换版工作总体计划安排，并通过与旧版标准对比的方式，重点介绍了换版后标准发生的主要变化。管理者代表李学庆要求各部门要提高重视程度，积极配合做好换版有关工作，同时利用本次换版，优化管理思路，补齐短板，提升管理效能和用户满意度，进一步提高公司竞争力。
下一步，安全环保部将会同各部门进一步完善管理手册，梳理完善管理制度和办法，将程序文件的相关内容揉入到部门的管理制度或管理手册中，让管理手册更好地发挥公司提纲式文件作用，通过持续有效的运行，为公司的科学管理添砖加瓦。
