为了让公司新入职员工更好地掌握工作知识，开展施工管理工作，公司人力资源部组织了为期三天的新员工入职培训，内容由公司历史发展、经营现状、工程项目管理、海外项目运营情况、安全管理、劳动法律法规等内容组成。
2019年7月23-25日，培训活动在公司总部会议室举行，学员们分别来自各分公司今年夏季新入职应届毕业生员工。课程的讲师由公司内训师组成。在培训开始，王乃鹏董事长首先介绍了青岛安装建设股份有限公司概况，回顾了青安人60年的艰苦奋斗历程，介绍了公司近年来承揽的重点工程，告诉新员工们要扎实勤奋、养成良好的工作、学习和生活习惯，坚持学习，希望新员工们在青岛安装的舞台上，早日成为企业发展的中流砥柱。
在为期三天的培训中各位讲师分别讲解了入职引导培训、工程施工项目管理、公司级安全教育、财务制度、公司人才制度、保险制度讲解、劳动合同法、工会知识、职业道德教育、海外公司、项目介绍等方面的知识。
虽然培训期间天气非常炎热，但是学员们的学习热情都十分高涨，在浓厚的学习氛围下，学员们参训态度积极，各位讲师也给予了详细的解答。培训结束后，学员们反映，通过培训自身对公司的业务和工作内容有了较多的了解，对未来的工作充满信心。
此次培训班参训学员在两天的培训中大家都热情饱满地听课做笔记，众志一心，圆满的完成了此次培训工作。
