2017年度公司职业技能竞赛于2017年9月21日成功举办，具体参赛成绩名次表见下表。
本次竞赛在领导小组的精心组织和各分公司的大力支持下，共有7个分公司、24人参加了技能竞赛，其中管道工12人，焊工12人，管道工全部为5年以上本岗位工龄，焊工5年以上本岗位工龄8人，5年及以下本岗位工龄4人。各分公司积极组织人员参加，尤其一、二、三分公司，在生产任务紧的情况下，积极派多人参加。通过这次竞赛将学、练、比有机结合起来，在公司形成"学技术、练技能、当能手、做贡献"的良好氛围，不断提升生产一线员工岗位操作技能水平和理论水平，涌现出了一批技术过硬、素质高的先进个人。
通过这次竞赛，暴露了我公司目前技术工人的技术水平存在较大差距。
焊工年龄偏大，年轻的数量太少，技术水平也不是很高，还需要进一步提高。5年及以下工龄的焊工总体水平要高于5年以上工龄的，主要是年轻焊工是实实在在的从事一线焊接操作，且有上进心，勤学好问。5年以上的焊工，一是作为班组长，较少从事一线操作，二是因为不是持续从事承压类设备和管道的焊接，平时工作中只要是不探伤的焊口，就不注重焊接质量，致使技术水平出现下滑，尤其是焊条电弧焊水平比钨极氩弧焊水平低很多，通过无损检测发现大多试件有气孔、夹渣、焊瘤、未焊透现象。这说明《特种设备焊接操作人员考核细则》中规定中断特种设备焊接操作6个月以上，应重新考试，是很有道理的。
管道工年龄严重偏大，没有年轻的，技术水平还可以。要加强自有技术工人的培养，防止传帮带断档，满足公司发展需要。
希望受到表彰的个人，以这次获奖荣誉为新的起点，再接再厉，开拓进取，发挥积极带头作用，在促进提高企业技术水平做出新的贡献。公司广大一线职工要以这次取得优异成绩的选手为榜样，努力提高岗位操作技能水平和理论水平，为公司的发展贡献新的力量。
