2018年10月7日，全国人民欢度国庆，秋高气爽。上午9时许，由五分公司承建的青岛顺安热电有限公司“燃气热水锅炉扩建工程（一期）”项目奠基仪式顺利举行。公司党委书记兼常务副总经理张卫财、公司副总经理兼五分公司经理金柱、甲方领导、监理公司代表出席奠基仪式。甲方以及我公司项目部施工管理人员40余人参加奠基仪式。
仪式上，甲方领导首先在安全质量方面做出了具体要求，强调安全工作必须到位，应当警钟长鸣，把好安全质量关，同时也肯定了我公司以往的工程业绩，希望在各方的共同努力下，把工程做好，做优。随后，公司党委书记张卫财发表讲话，强调施工中各项安全工作内容，要求做好安全风险管控，杜绝各类安全事故发生，同时从质量、工期方面给予了保证，要求项目部迅速开展工作，做好临时设施建设，为安全文明施工奠定基础，施工中，严格执行相关标准，发扬工匠精神，保证施工质量，筑造精品工程，为青岛安装创造一张亮丽的名片。
顺安热电有限公司2×58兆瓦锅炉扩建工程是我公司承建的又一个大型燃气锅炉项目，总占地面积41.8亩，规划建筑面积13000平方米，新建厂房9851平方米，扩建2台燃气热水锅炉，建成后可新增供热面积300万平方米。
最后，所有参加奠基仪式领导一同拿起铁锹，伴随着鞭炮礼花声完成培土奠基。
