10月3日上午8时，由九分公司承建的金源热电46MW生物质锅炉开始膜式水冷壁吊装。本次大件吊装包含水冷壁、顶板（Z1-Z2）、锅筒等共13件。
因锅炉本体材料供货较晚，为保证工程进度，金源热电项目部改变常规施工方案：先临时吊装固定水冷壁，后吊装顶板和锅筒，最后吊装水冷壁就位。此方案膜式壁大量对口焊接作业在地面施工平台上完成，焊接质量更好、施工效率更高；同时有效减少了高空作业工程量，有效降低了高空作业风险。项目部根据公司各部门审批通过的施工方案变更单，编制大件吊装专项施工方案，就吊装作业工艺流程和吊装过程中的各项风险点多次讨论研究，制定了吊装过程中的各项质量、安全控制措施。方案按公司工程管理部、安全环保部、锅炉质保体系各位领导和同事的审核意见修改，并经各部门和总工程师审批通过。项目部严格按照审批通过的施工方案施工，顺利完成了此次大件吊装。
吊装当天，九分公司张海斌副经理、安全环保部杜现伟经理全程在现场指导吊装工作。水冷壁吊装的顺利完成，为下一步锅炉导水管、下降管等本体管路的安装和锅炉本体水压试验奠定了基础。金源热电项目部全体成员会继续全身心投入到项目生产中去，确保项目质量、安全、工期等按计划顺利完成，为公司60周年华诞献礼！
