由青岛安装建设股份有限公司四分参建的山东中烟工业有限责任公司滕州卷烟厂易地技改项目一标段获得2016—2017年中国建筑业工程质量最高奖项——中国建设工程鲁班奖。这是四分公司继卓亭广场项目之后，再次为公司获得此奖项殊荣，也是近十年来公司又一次获得此项奖项。
今年是“鲁班奖”创立30周年，作为中国建设工程质量最高奖，它是衡量建筑业企业科技进步程度、技术装备水平、经营管理水平及建筑工程质量的权威标志。在这个特别的年份获得这枚沉甸甸的奖项，不仅凝聚着企业这几年标准化管理的成果，也凝聚着全体建设者的智慧和汗水。它既是对企业一次实力的证明，是企业向外界展示的一张靓丽名片，也是一次向全国一流工程迈进的探索与实践。
山东中烟工业有限责任公司滕州卷烟厂易地技术改造项目，位于滕州市经济开发区，项目总占地面积350亩，工程总建筑面积102743平方米，由联合工房、生产管理用房、生活配套用房、烟叶库和动力中心、化材油料库、污水处理站等组成。我公司参与本次施工内容包括联合工房区域内组合式空调机组、排烟系统、空调风管、空调机房内配套工业管线、除尘设备、压棒机（搬迁）、除尘和排潮设备排放管道、真空泵系统、公用配套负责的工业管道（蒸汽、凝结水、空压、真空、空调水、软化水管道）等的机电安装施工。
该工程于2015年5月开工，2016年6月建成投产，工程建设期间未发生任何质量安全事故，工程交付使用一年多来，各系统运转正常，各项功能均达到设计要求，业主对工程质量非常满意。
从建设伊始，就坚持高起点、高质量、高标准、严要求的建设管理理念，把“鲁班奖”作为项目的质量目标，并建立健全相应的质量保证体系。滕州烟厂项目部坚持“安全离不开质量，质量必须保证安全”的方针，坚持推行科技先导、方案先行、绿色施工、技术创新，克服了施工作业层次复杂、工艺要求较高等重重难题，尽职尽责的完成了鲁班奖项目的建设工作。
在省内预验收和国家复查组实地检查期间，专家组对项目的主体结构、装饰装修、电气工程、通风与空调、建筑节能等分部工程在质量、观感和综合使用方面给予了高度评价。施工期间，BIM技术的应用，提早的发现了工程上的问题，避免了不必要的麻烦。一大批新技术、新工艺的应用，不仅降低了施工成本和能源消耗，提高了施工效率，也为项目最终呈现完美品质提供了有力的支撑。
滕州卷烟厂项目不负众望获得鲁班奖，是对公司整体实力的肯定，标志着企业的市场竞争力踏上了一个新的台阶，四分公司将积极吸收总结此次创建鲁班奖工程的经验，不断以精品工程赢得市场，以精品工程积累口碑，再接再厉，攀登新的高峰，创造新业绩，为企业发展添上浓墨重彩的一笔！
